All Risks LLC Obtains the Carpenter-Moore Healthcare Book
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (May 28, 2008) - All Risks of California Insurance Services, LLC, a national wholesale brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Healthcare business by acquiring the Carpenter-Moore healthcare book. Matt Nichols, President of All Risks, stated, "Obtaining this healthcare book fits our business plan in two ways. This move contributes to our strong growth and expansion in California and the Western U.S. and it compliments our existing healthcare practice area. We are excited about this opportunity and look forward to serving this market with increased strength."
The acquisition of this practice also includes two exclusive programs for Managed Care E&O/D&O and Physician’s Billing E&O which compliment the rest of the Managed Care business that All Risks services.
As the Financial Services Product Manager for All Risks, Erik Kamiya will be handling policies previously with Carpenter-Moore. He has over 14 years experience in the insurance industry and specializes in Managed Care E&O and D&O.
