All Risks, Ltd. Tailors E&O Program Designed for Architects and Engineers Nationwide

HUNT VALLEY, MD (December 5, 2011) - All Risks, Ltd. announced that it has obtained a second market to offer professional liability insurance products designed specifically for Architects and Engineers. All Risks, Ltd. serves as the Program Administrator for two nationwide carriers, one Admitted and one Non Admitted, with A.M. Best ratings of A+ XV and A XV respectively. By expanding this program, All Risks has broadened its risk appetite with no billing/revenue limitations and increased flexibility.

The Architects and Engineers Program policy form includes a broad definition of professional services, including LEED accredited professionals; offers worldwide coverage, and provides coverage for predecessor firms as well as automatic coverage for joint ventures. Coverages available include Contractor’s Pollution Liability, Technology Liability, Mediation Credits, First Dollar Defense option, Aggregate Retention, and Specific Project Excess limits with no limitations or restrictions on residential or condominium projects. We do not have a pollution exclusion in our policy form. We also have the capability to offer automatic renewals and installment plans for qualified firms.

Some of the targeted classes for this program include: Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Golf Course Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Structural Engineering, Surveying and Construction Management.
