Hurricane Irene Claim Guidelines

All Risks would like to assist you with any Hurricane Irene claims.  Please follow the instructions below for Lloyd's of London and Domestic Property Policies.

For Lloyd's of London Policy Holders:

For Personal Lines Policies with Prefixes: ARF, ARH, HVH, PLF, PLH, PLV
For Commercial Lines Policies with Prefixes: XL8, ARL1, ####/LBA, ####/LVA
 • Lloyd's of London claims can be reported to Crawford & Company via phone at (877) 346-0300 under client #2804.

For REO Policies with Suffix: REO702
 • Lloyd's of London REO claims can be reported to Steve Neville, Commercial Claims Manager at Michael J. Curtin & Associates via phone (954) 334-3311 or emailed to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
  • After reporting the loss into Michael J. Curtin & Associates, the loss notice should be faxed to All Risks at (410) 741-3265 or emailed to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) at the All Risks Claim Center.
 • When faxing or emailing your information to All Risks, please note that you have reported the loss to Michael J. Curtin & Associates, and include the reference number assigned.

For all other Lloyd's of London Policies
 • Please ask your insureds to submit their claim to the contact information provided on their policy.
 • If reporting by phone, please have the policy number available.  If reporting via email or fax, attach a completed ACORD Loss Notice. 
 • For either reporting method, please forward a copy of the ACORD Loss Notice to All Risks at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or by fax (410) 741-3265 and note on your cover sheet that it was previously reported to the carrier/adjusting firm.

For Domestic Property Markets:
• Please ask your insureds to submit their claim to the contact information provided on their policy.
 • If reporting by phone, please have the policy number available.  If reporting via email or fax, attach a completed ACORD Loss Notice. 
 • For either reporting method, please forward a copy of the ACORD Loss Notice to All Risks at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or by fax (410) 741-3265 and note on your cover sheet that it was previously reported to the carrier/adjusting firm.
