Michael Hayes Leads the National Workers’ Compensation Program for Temporary Staffing
HUNT VALLEY, MD (May 25, 2011) – Michael Hayes joins All Risks, Ltd.'s National Specialty Programs unit heading the nationwide Temporary Staffing Workers' Compensation Program. All Risks has developed a specialty workers' compensation program that addresses the unique and ever-changing exposures the temporary staffing industry faces by combining creative underwriting and cutting-edge loss control. Michael will oversee the experienced team who understands this industry's exposures.

Michael brings over 20 years of insurance experience prior to All Risks as an Executive Vice President for a managing general agency in New York. He has an extensive background working with the temporary staffing industry, merged with “A” or better rated carriers to make this a winning combination.
Also joining the Temp Staffing team is Richard Skinner and Donna Crudeli. Richard, formerly a Sales Manager, has 13 years of expertise writing Workers' Compensation for the staffing and recruiting industry in Houston, Texas. Donna, also a member of this team, has over 13 years of experience as a successful Underwriter in the Temporary and Medical Staffing marketplace. She has worked on the agency, wholesale and carrier side, giving invaluable insight and pinnacle customer service.
