Best A++ XV rated market to offer Errors & Omissions coverage designed for Insurance Agents servicing accounts for Property & Casualty, Life/Accident & Health Products, Variable Annuities/Variable Life and Mutual Funds.
This Agent's E&O program covers a broad definition of professional services with insolvency coverage and a consent to settle provision included. Punitive damages are covered where applicable by law. Multiple limit options are available staring at $500,000/$1,000,000. Deductible options start at $1,000 with aggregates available. Additional optional coverages include First Dollar Defense, Defense Outside the Limits and Mutual Funds.
