New Hire & New Program - Lou Ann Cook, Remediation/ Restoration Progam
HUNT VALLEY, MD (May 8, 2009) - Lou Ann Cook has joined the All Risks National Specialty Programs unit as the lead Environmental Underwriter for the new nationwide Fire, Water Clean-Up Remediation/Restoration Program. At All Risks, she will target fire, water clean-up, mold remediation and restoration contractors and franchise cleaners that specialize in disaster restoration and cleaning. Lou Ann has 12 years industry experience with a senior environmental underwriting background and has worked for Markel, AIG, and United Capitol. The Remediation/Restoration Program is available nationwide on a non-admitted basis with an A+ XV rated carrier. General and Professional Liability, Contractor’s Pollution Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Excess/Umbrella Liability, Commercial Auto, Crime and Property/Inland Marine are all available. Minimum premiums start at $1,500 for General Liability and $4,000 for Contractor’s Pollution Liability which both can written with the same carrier.
