All Risks has the opportunity to provide its retail insurance agents and brokers with significant additional capacity in the State of Florida, excluding the tri-counties: Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Avondale is bolstered by Lloyd's of London paper and is committed to timely quote turnaround, policy issuance and claims handling.
This Program is designed for risks with a Total Insurable Value under $5,000,000 with competitive rates and deductibles.
Targeted classes of business include: Bars/Taverns, Churches, Condos, Distributors, Hotels/Motels, Lessor’s Risk, Light Manufacturing, Office Buildings, Medical Offices, Warehouses/Commercial Condos, Restaurants & Catering Operations, Retail Operations, Strip Malls, Shopping Centers, Vacant Buildings (with no more than 2 years vacant, unless a new owner).
