New National Market Added to All Risks’ A&E Program

NEW NATIONAL MARKET ADDED TO ALL RISKS, LTD.’S ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS PROGRAM

A+XV Rated Admitted and A-XIII Non Admitted Carriers Broaden Appetite

HUNT VALLEY, MD (July 9, 2010) - All Risks, Ltd. announced that it has obtained a second market to offer professional liability insurance products designed specifically for Architects and Engineers. All Risks, Ltd. serves as the Program Administrator for two nationwide carriers, one Admitted and one Non Admitted, with A.M. Best ratings of A+ XV (Superior) and A- XIII (Excellent) respectively. By expanding this program, All Risks has broadened its risk appetite with no billing/revenue limitations and increased flexibility.

The newly created Architects and Engineers Program policy form includes a broad definition of professional services, including LEED accredited professionals; offers worldwide coverage, and provides coverage for predecessor firms as well as automatic coverage for joint ventures.  Coverages available include Contractors Pollution Liability, Mediation Credits, Technology coverage, First Dollar Defense, Aggregate Retention, and Specific Project Excess limits with no limitations or restrictions on residential or condominium projects.
