Best “A” rated market, which offers General Liability coverage for Artisan Contractors and General Contractors on the West Coast. This Contractor market accepts new residential exposures, commercial exposures, as well as repair and remodeling risks. Low minimum premiums begin at $750 for Artisan Contractors and $1,500 for General Contractors. General Liability limits include $1M / $2M / $2M.
