Pamela Sperbeck Dumont Earns Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Designation

CHARLOTTE, NC (December 2, 2008) – Certified Risk Managers International recently conferred the designation of Certified Risk Manager (CRM) on a select number of individuals who completed the rigorous five-course program.  Pamela Sperbeck Dumont, Account Executive of All Risks, Ltd. in Charlotte, North Carolina was one of this elite group of risk management professionals.

Due to the advanced level of the curricula, the CRM designation has gained national esteem and recognition since its origination in 1995.  “The CRM designation recognizes and confirms the higher level of knowledge and professional distinction that Pamela has achieved in the field of risk management,” stated William T. Ms. Dumont began her career in the insurance industry in 1989.  During her career, has worked for various insurance carriers, retail agents and consulting firms within the Charlotte, North Carolina area.  In addition to the CRM program recently completed, Pamela has also completed the IIA & CIC programs.  Ms. Dumont is currently working to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Certified Risk Managers International is a nonprofit organization founded by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, nationally recognized as the premier source of insurance and risk management education.  To obtain the CRM designation, one must complete all five courses in the program and passed extensive examinations in each of the following subject areas: Principles of Risk Management, Analysis of Risk, Control of Risk, Financing of Risk, and Practice of Risk Management.  The CRM Program features practical, “hands-on” course content, designed to be applied immediately to the risk manager’s daily work.
