Our challenge is to hire the highest potential leaders from an applicant pool of talented insurance candidates. All Risks is looking to hire production associates that will become our future lead brokers, underwriters, and managers at select All Risks branch offices across the country. Apply today to ensure consideration for the June 2012 All Risks University Program. Applications received after March 1, 2012 may be considered for the 2013 University enrollment. Early graduates who apply will be considered for employment prior to joining the training class in June.

The All Risks University training program, which takes place in the corporate office in Hunt Valley, Maryland, offers an intense curriculum during the summer. While training, in addition to your salary, All Risks will pay for your housing and approved travel expenses. The topics discussed will provide you with the tools necessary for a successful career. Participants will receive support at multiple levels throughout the company while attending the training program. You and your peers will work together to get the most from this rigorous training. Our branches will provide a seamless transition from our corporate office to your new community. Our experienced production managers will challenge you with accounts that demand thoughtful and analytical skill application and our mentors will provide counseling and insight to the fast-paced world of Surplus & Specialty Lines.

SELECTION PROCESS

Our selection process for the University Program focuses on leadership potential and strong academic ability, as well as personal qualities and characteristics that make a successful student, committed to learning all facets of the industry. The All Risks University Committee will review each applicant's file, perform telephone interviews, and conduct personal interviews with the finalists.
