Although All Risks has an internal recruiting staff that successfully fills most positions, we may occasionally seek assistance from Recruiters/Staffing agencies and truly value the relationships we build and maintain with trusted staffing partners.
However, for the protection of all parties involved in the recruitment/hiring process, resumes will only be accepted from Recruiter/Staffing Agencies if a signed agreement is in place, authorized by All Risks’ Director of Human Resources. Unsolicited resumes submitted to All Risks from Recruiters without an authorized fee agreement do not constitute any type of relationship between the Recruiter and All Risks, and does not obligate All Risks to pay fees associated with hiring from those resumes. All Risks specifically rejects any terms - express, implied or customary - that are intended to accompany resumes submitted without an authorized fee agreement.

Business Divisions of All Risks
- Contract Binding
- Represents, under binding authorities, the widest array of specialty carriers. Products offered are generally targeted to non-standard or specialty classes of businesses. This unit has in-house binding authority for all lines of coverage including Commercial Automobile, General Liability, Property/Package, Workers' Compensation, Errors and Omissions, and Excess/Umbrella Liability. All coverages are available on a mono-line basis as well as a package basis.
- Brokerage
- Specializes in marketing and placing large, difficult risks on a national basis. Our staff of senior brokers assists the retail agent in the review of key issues including exposures, coverage and pricing. They also assist in the navigation of the brokerage marketplace to secure the most favorable terms and conditions available for the insured.
- National Specialty Programs
- Offers programs for niche markets nationwide and coverage available includes Automobile Liability and Physical Damage, Crime, Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), General Liability/Professional Liability, Property/Inland Marine, Excess/Umbrella Liability and Workers' Compensation.
- Public Livery
- Offers programs for chauffeured transportation, para-transit, school bus contractors and taxis in multiple states. Coverage available includes Commercial Auto Liability, General Liability, Medical Payments, Personal Injury Protection, and Physical Damage.
- Garage
- Offers programs for used auto dealerships and auto repair shops in multiple states. Coverage available includes Premises, Operations & Products, Medical Payments, Uninsured/ Underinsured Motorists, Non-Owned Auto Liability, Dealers Physical Damage/ Garage Keepers, Crime and Workers' Compensation in some states.
- Personal Lines
- Represents, under binding authorities, a wide array of specialty carriers. Products offered are generally targeted to non-standard or specialty classes of businesses. This unit has in-house binding authority for all lines of coverage including Homeowners, Rental, Vacant Dwellings and Under Renovation. All coverages are available on a mono-line basis as well as package basis.
- Claims
- Specializes in the accurate and timely processing of loss reports for policies written through various carriers in the London and Domestic Markets.
- Information Technology
- Specializes in excellent product development and technical support for our internal and external customers. Commitment to maintain company's operating systems to support the needs of the company.
- Human Resources
- Ensures the company is in compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations through strict adherence to mandated legislation, proper training and development of employee population while maintaining employee satisfaction.
- Accounting
- Specializes in the maintenance of financial data and analysis to ensure the company's continued financial growth and success through strict adherence to accounting principles.
- Tax and Compliance
- Ensures company is in compliance with filing surplus lines taxes in all states All Risks binds policies.
