When the All Risks Corporate Office is closed, your insured’s claim will be reviewed by the Claim Center 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST on the next regularly scheduled business day. If you need immediate assistance, please submit the claim to the contact information provided on the insured’s policy and forward a copy of the ACORD Loss Notice to All Risks at the email or fax number above with a cover sheet stating this has been previously reported to the carrier/adjusting firm.

To ensure claims are processed as quickly as possible, please always check the insured’s policy to determine if claims are to be reported directly to the carrier.
